All orders require payment in advance, unless alternative terms have been explicitly agreed upon.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of pre-payment, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Service Delivery
We provide high-quality, permanent backlinks tailored specifically to your requirements.
Our services include placing backlinks on third-party websites with a guaranteed publication period of at least 3 years.

4. Link Placement & Permanence
Our backlinks are intended to be permanent, meaning the publisher agrees not to actively remove your link after placement. However, third-party websites are beyond our direct control.

We cannot take responsibility or liability if backlinks are removed due to circumstances such as, but not limited to:
Bankruptcy or discontinuation of the publisher’s business.
Hacking incidents or security breaches.
Technical failures or unforeseen website shutdowns.

Through contractual agreements with our partners, we ensure that each backlink will remain active for a minimum of 3 years from the date of publication, provided none of the above exceptional events occur. Backlinked.ai cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for the removal of links caused by external factors beyond our control.

5. Refund & Cancellation
Once backlinks are delivered and verified, orders are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise. If issues arise, please contact us immediately to discuss solutions.
